You can do this exercise while standing or sitting. Put several cups together and place them flat on the floor in front of you. Now roll the sole of your foot over them several times, exerting pressure on the ‘cup roll’ as long as it is still comfortable for you. Then change feet.

Tip: Rotate your forearm so that it can receive the fascia massage evenly from all sides.
