Placing

How is it done?

Place the cup on the painful area or desired acupuncture point of your choice, let it suck and relax. Direct your attention to this spot and remove the cup again after about 30 seconds.

What happens?

Based on the method of the so-called "empty cupping" (Chirali, 2008, p. 75). Makes it easier to focus on pulling and pushing the BellaBambi® and increases self-awareness.

Slowly increase application time. Can also be performed several times in a row. Slight cupping marks are possible (harmless to health).

Typical exercises with Placing

Loading image:

Lay on your back, then stretch your arms out to the side and your left leg long on the floor. Bring your right knee to your left side. Keep two cups on your hips and one cup on your lower back (see video). Leave the cups in place and stay in the twist for about 60 seconds. Then switch sides.

Loading image:

Stand up straight. Place two cups on your lower back. Raise your bent arms to the side and start to breathe in and out deeply for 30 seconds. Pay particular attention to conscious deep breathing that can be felt all the way to your lower back.
