Pre-exercise

To generally stimulate the lymph flow:

1. Rotate your shoulders while breathing in and out deeply.

2. Draw circles with the cups next to the breastbone above the chest and move or slide outwards. Work your way parallel upwards to the collarbones.

After 8-10 weeks you can work directly above the scar.

1. Sliding/twisting in lengthwise and crosswise direction over the entire scar

2. Pumping directly above the scar. If comfortable, also tipping/circling.

1. Sliding in the area of the lumbar spine, lengthwise and crosswise.

2. Sliding across the abdomen from one pelvic crest to another.

1. On oiled skin, starting from the navel, circle the cup outwards in a spiral until the entire abdomen has been massaged.

2. Apply the cup to tense areas and move it up and down (Pumping).

More exercises for Women Care

Here we have put together some exercises for you. Use them as a starting point for your personal developments and discoveries. The use of BellaBambi® is based on intuition. Always pay attention to your personal well-being when applying the cups.

Loading image:

Place two cups of the same intensity on the thigh and slowly pull them away from each other in opposite directions. Repeat this several times and place the cups in a slightly different position each time.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original duo (Intensity of your choice)

Loading image:

Place a cup of your choice on your hips. Raise the cups - enough so that the cups do not lose contact with the skin - and lower them again. Repeat this about 5 times. Now move the starting position of the cup a few centimetres further back and ‘pump’ again. Continue until you have completely covered one side, then switch hips.

Tip: Slow movements can loosen deep layers of tissue and thus provide more elasticity, space and relaxation.

Loading image:

Stand upright or lie on your back. Place the cup of your choice on your stomach and pull it in a zigzag line towards your chest. Repeat this about 3 times on one side, then switch to the other.

For this exercise we recommend:

BellaBambi® maxi solo (SENSITIVE / REGULAR)

Loading image:

Sit or stand upright. Place the BellaBambi® original solo on your belly with suction and then immediately remove it again (with or without oil). Repeat this several times for approx. 30 seconds on one side, then switch to the other.

Be careful not to pinch the same area for too long, otherwise it might irritate the skin. Work gently and slowly at first and increase the duration and intensity over time.

For this exercise we recommend:

Loading image:

Place a cup of your choice on the breastbone, leave it in place and turn it back and forth. Repeat this several times and place the cup in a slightly
different position each time.

Tip: If you don't have much time for the exercise, you can also work with two large cups, e.g. BellaBambi® original duo.
