Conditions for media use

According to §31(1), §32 and §42 UrhG, Bamberger is the exclusive owner of all rights of use of all media that Bamberger makes available to the user via a link exclusively for the purpose of sales promotion.

The rights of use for these media (images, videos, and texts, etc.) are granted to the user exclusively for the purpose of promoting ^BellaBambi® products until revoked. Any other use for purposes other than those intended, as well as the transfer to third parties, is strictly prohibited . Furthermore, according to Section 23 (1) of the German Copyright Act (UrhG), the user is prohibited from making any changes to the transmitted media without the consent of the author.

If the user independently creates advertising material (flyers, catalogs, website texts, etc.), they are obligated to obtain Bamberger's authorization for all images, videos, texts, and other materials for public advertising purposes. In the event of a violation, Bamberger reserves the right to cease and desist and take further legal action.
