Kaiserschlüpfer (lit. “emperor’s knickers”) are the innovation for women after a C-section. Because it protects and cools the scar, supports the abdomen and leaves you feeling comfortable and protected immediately after birth.

How does it work? The panty has a pocket in which a reusable cooling pad can be placed, invisible from the outside. You simply slip this gel pad into the pocket after putting on the panty. It prevents friction and pressure through the trousers waistband on the C-section scar and cools it. With no bulky side seams and an extra high waistband, Kaiserschlüpfer are super comfortable to wear.

Your belly is perfectly supported by the high waistband and therefore does not press on the fresh scar from above. Therefore, Kaiserschlüpfer relieve the scar from pressure both from above and from the front.

You can wear the panty immediately after birth, but you ultimately decide what is comfortable for you. Kaiserschlüpfer was designed by Julia, a mum who has undergone a C-section, and Daniela, a highly experienced midwife. They know exactly what is good for you after birth. We recommend at least two cooling pads per panty so that you can always use one pad while the other one is being cooled. One cooling pad is included with each panty.

In combination with BellaBambi® trio in the sizes original and mini, women can treat themselves to a cupping massage ranging from gentle to intensive, according to their needs. The handy cups made of biocompatible silicone in the intensities SENSITIVE, REGULAR and INTENSE are easy to use and offer targeted massage directly on the abdominal area or other parts of the body.
